Ingredients:
3 1/2 - 4 lbs chuck roast sliced ( or 4 lbs Hamburger)
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/3 cups vinegar
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 cups ketchup
Hamburger buns
Directions:
In slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. serve on buns.
If you would prefer to make on the stove top, cook for 2 1/2 -3 hours on simmer.
