Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 onion
1-2 cups mixed veggies
1 1/2- 2 lbs potatoes mashed
8 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp. worchestshire sauce
salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in fry pan, Saute onion for about ten minutes. Add beef; saute until no longer pink. Add salt, pepper, veggies, worchestershire sauce.
Place Beef in baking dish. Spread masshed potatoeson top.
Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
