Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients:
 
 
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (peeled)                               1/8 tsp. butter
2/3 cups minced onion                                                    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour                                                                  1 1/2 cups scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
 
 
Directions:
 
 
Heat oven tp 375 degrees. Arrange potatoes in layers in greased 2 quart
casserole dish. Cover with some onion, sprinkle some of combined
flour, salt, and pepper on top.
Dot with some butter.  Repeat layers until all potatoes are used, ending with butter.
Pour milk over all; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
 
Makes 4 servings.
