HOMEMADE SALSA
12 tomatoes, quartered 3 lg. onions, diced 3 green bell peppers 1 ½ jalapeno peppers 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. vinegar 2 can (6oz.) of tomato paste
Cook and peel tomatoes. Process tomatoes, onions and peppers in food processor or chopper. Put into a large stock pot. Chop jalepenos and add to stock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 3 to 6 hours on low heat. Put into clean pint size jars and place lids on. process in hot water bath 15 to 30 minutes.
