Ingredients 1(32oz)shredded hasb browns
1 onion,minced
salt and pepper
1 lb hamburger,cooked n crumbled
1 tsp minced garlic
1(15oz)can or bag of peas-drained or thawed
1 c milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup (sorry anti cream folks )
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1(.oz)can french-fried onions
Directions
Butter a 9x13. Lay hash browns in bottom. Add hamburger,salt,pepper,garlic n oinons(I cook all this together) Sprinkle peas on top. Mix soup n milk,pour over peas. Top w/cheese. Cover w/foil and bake 350 for 1 hour. Sprinkle w/fried onions andbake another 10 min. You can change up the cream soup and the veggies also
