Ingredients 10 medium potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tblsp. grated onion
1 cup hot milk
1 (8oz. package) cream cheese
Directions peel and cook potatoes until tender. beat potatoes and butter together until potatoes are no longer lumpy.Add all other ingredients. place potatoes into greased casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees
