Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 10.75 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup water
1 cup rice
3 Tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Brown beef until no longer pink. drain.
Mix all ingredients together and place in a 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
