Ingredients:
6 cups thinly sliced Apples
3/4 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 9 inch pie crust
Directions:
Quarter, peel, slice Apples.
Measure 6 cups.
Combine sugar and cinnamon.
Arrange Apples in layers in pie crust. Sprinkle each layer with sugar mixture.
Dot top layer with small pieces of butter, cover with top crust. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for ten minutes and reduce temp to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
