2 lbs potatoes cut into small wedges
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Combine all ingredients; stir to coat.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or
until potatoes are tender and brown.
