1 box of lasagna noodles, cooked
3 Cups ricotta cheese (large container)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bag of mozzarella cheese
1 Large can tomato sauce
1 sweet onion
1 Large can diced tomatoes
Mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley,
eggs, and pepper, and half the mozzarella cheese.
In another bowl combine tomato sauce, onion, and diced tomatoes.
In a 13x9 inch pan spread a little tomato mixture on the bottom.
Next place a layer of noodles and then a layer of cheese mixture, and
then a layer of tomatoes again; continue layers until all ingredients are used ending with tomato mixture.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
let sit for for 15 minutes before serving.
