1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
2 14 1/2 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 11 oz. can picante sauce
3/4 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. drain.
Stir in beans, tomatoes, corn, picante sauce, chili powder and garlic powder.
Cover and cook on low until heated thoroughly. About 2 hours.
Serve as a main dish or a snack dip.
Add sour cream or shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
