4 cups chicken; diced
1 box lasagna noodles
2 10.75oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 8oz. bag of mozzarella cheese
1 8oz. bag of sharp cheddar cheese
Boil noodles according to directions on package. drain.
In a large bowl mix soup, onion, cottage cheese, sour cream, and herbs together.
Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Top with 3-4 noodles, then soup mixture, chicken , then cheese. Continue with layers ending with cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. uncover and bake for 20 minutes more. let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
