1 cup flour 1/2 pint whipped cream
4 Tbsp. butter 3 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt 1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. baking soda
Combine flour, butter, sugar, egg, salt, baking soda.
Press into greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust.
Top with pie filling.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
